By purchasing these products, the customer and user agree that that they have read all of the care and safety information provided and agree that the use of these products is entirely at the customers and users own risk. Monte Monkey shall not be held liable or responsible for any damage, claims, injury, cost, expense, loss, and any other liability that may occur from the use or care of these products or the failure to properly supervise any baby or child. Once the products have been purchased and left our care, Monte Monkey waives all responsibility and liability from the use of the products.
Wear & Tear Disclaimer
Over time, you may notice some normal wear and tear on your wooden toys (ie. paint chipping, scratches etc). Please consider coating your toys in a safe wood oil or beeswax as needed to help minimize wear and tear. Banging/throwing/mouthing of wood toys will increase wear and tear.
While all of our toys are painted (or dyed) and sealed with a non-toxic water based paint and wood sealer, they are not meant for children who are still mouthing things.
Always supervise your children when playing and inspect all items each time prior to play.
