Refunds/Returns/Exchanges
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any of our products; however, if your item arrives damaged, please take photos (including the packaging) and email them to info@montemonkey.com.
If an item is returned to sender due to incomplete address, failure to pick up package from the post office in the outlined time frame, or because it was sent to the incorrect location as per the buyers instructions - no refund will be given. An additional return fee will be charged (equivalent to shipping costs) in order to resend out the package.
